Arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Phoenix Sky Harbor has two active terminals — Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 — and is located just three miles east of downtown Phoenix. ExecuCar offers two arrival options:

Meet & Greet Service
Upon landing, follow the signs to baggage claim. Your driver will meet you inside baggage claim, holding a sign with your party’s name on it. Curbside Pickup
Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim and collect your luggage. Once you have all your belongings, please call dispatch at (602) 715-0950 x 2 for instructions on where to meet your driver. If you have opted in to receive text messages (suggested), you will receive a text upon landing with your vehicle and driver contact information to speak directly with your driver. We only send text messages with information regarding a confirmed reservation.

ExecuCar monitors your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver’s arrival time adjusts automatically — no need to call or update your reservation.

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA)

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is a growing alternative to Sky Harbor, located in Mesa approximately 30 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix. Gateway is served by Allegiant Air, Avelo Airlines, and other carriers, and is a convenient option for travelers heading to Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and the East Valley. ExecuCar offers both Meet & Greet and Curbside Pickup at Mesa Gateway.

Scottsdale Airport is a single-runway general aviation airport located in the Scottsdale Airpark, serving private and charter flights. ExecuCar provides Meet & Greet service at Scottsdale Airport.
