Cancellation Policy
We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, ExecuCar has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online, using our mobile applications, or via our 800 number, just give us 1 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, ExecuCar cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 1 hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
